It’s not often that you get to merge personal passions into a professional life, but that’s what Kellen did when he launched Droid Life in 2009. After working years of unsatisfying jobs in the medical and property management fields, he took a risk to try and create an online community while playing with the coolest gadgets on the planet each day, a risk that has turned out to be incredibly rewarding. Outside of Droid Life, Kellen is your typical Portlander who drinks way too much good beer, complains often about the Trail Blazers, and can be found out on the streets for a run, rain or shine.

  • It makes me sad to see the DROID name whored out like it has been. There is only one true DROID and its a Motorola. One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone goes out and gets an android phone and runs around calling it a DROID.

  • Feels weird to see the Droid logo on a phone that's actually not called a Droid..Well to me it isint.lol….I LOVE my Droid and honestly I'm not changing until the Droid 2 comes out.A friend of mine has the new Incredible and honestly the only thing faster is the internet connection speed and the camera honestly theres no difference to me.They both took excellent pictures…At least to me.This phone does nothing for me except make me upset that there using the DROID voice for this phone and that HTC had to copy off of the original Droid,if ya think about it.lol…The Motorola Droid definitely DOES!

  • As I said before, I love this commercial, but the most epic commercial for the DROID franchise has to be the very first one. With the iPhone type of commercial, a catchy song in the background and the bunch of “iDont's” had a great affect on me and I had the iPhone at the time.

  • Are you all kidding?!? I don't like this phone and even I can say it deserves better then this recycled trash.
    Oooo the Matrix code…ummmm, anybody else think they're a decade too late?
    Come on Verizon! Get your act together…

  • Even though I dig this commercial, I have to admit that it makes me kinda sad to think about the Incredible taking the place of the Moto Droid as the flagship for Verizon.

  • God the Droid name has great commercials. I love my droid, but I wish it were a little faster sometimes, even overclocked it feels like its lacking.

    I also like that your doing the incredible, I come here for more than just Droid news, I like the Verizon/droid/tech news in general.

  • Wow, cool commercial. Verizon has really done a great job with its marketing for these Droid devices!
