I finally beat angry birds! What day is it…….?
I can't find it at all on the market! I have droid HTC.
is the full version not out yet!? my bf gets soo pissed cuz I'm addicted and have the full version on my iPhone but he only has the beta on his droid..

DINC = Uninstall then install again. Please do not try to open a billion times.

I have an Incredible, and I can find it in the market, but it will not install. Anybody else having this issue or have a fix?
I can't even get it to install on my Dinc. I keep getting the error “unknown reason -18” after its finished downloading.

If you like this game, try the one called “blow up” in the market. Similar physics but uses bombs in the structure instead of birds flying at it.

I downloaded it on my Evo, every time I tried to load the game it shows loading for a few seconds and then shoots you right back to your home screen
This app DOES NOT WORK on my evo with 2.2. Saw some other guy say that if you open it 10 times in a row it will work. I just tried about 20 times and it does not get past the loading screen before closing itself.
I rebooted my evo and it worked after that
can't open it in the market with MT3G with Cyanogen 6.0 DS – says it doesn't exist.

My little brother was playin the hell out of this on his i*od. It looks so much better on the Droid X. FINALLY a game ported from i*od that isn't slaughtered (for some unknown reason). Doodle Jump is kind of a let-down in that sense.
love this game! It made me stop playing alchemy its so fun. (and that paycheck I get next week will include at least one total paid hour of playing this game!)
Little slow and sometimes freezes my DIncredible. Have to force stop, hopefully it will get better with the full version.
Oh yeah no lag for me either, works great on D1 rooted 2.2 lithium mod. Seriously hope the full version has a lot more levels, and maybe more birds???
Pretty big file (11.41MB) for a beta, my phone took forever to download it. Anyways, simple but ADDICTING game it's awesome!!
I only get the splash screen on my DiNC. Tried about 15 times. oh well.
One other trick besides restarting it about 10 times is to move it to your phone from your SD card. Was able to get it to work on my daughters Dinc

Worked on my Dinc, but only once. Now when I launch it I get the Angry Birds splash screen, and then it plops me back on my home screen. Even after a phone reboot.
I also find it funny that the market shows <50 downloads but over 2,000 comments !
Just wanted to warn every body, DO NOT GET THE $1.99 version. its a rip off. I was fortunate enough to have read the comments first but it looks like a lot of people got taken for a ride.

I got it working on my Incredible. You have to annoy it a little: when you touch the icon to open the game, you kind of just have to click and drag, click and drag until it goes through to the start screen. Sounds stupid, but it worked for me.

For those of you running android 2.2 on the HTC Evo, try moving the game from the SD card to phone. I found that this fixes the force close problem at the title screen. Hope this works for everyone else.

same thing here, vanilla incredible with 2.2 but it will not open. shows the launch screen then bails to my home screen.
Try moving the game from the sd to the phone.

QR doesn't work on the HTC Desire (US Cellular) .. comes up There are no matches in the Android Market for the search: pname:com.rovio.angrybirds_lite

Downloaded and played the whole beta on my froyo DX, no problems with speed or loading. it's fun, but not sure if i'll get the full game or not, hopefully they'll add some more levels to the beta.
The Lite version is free, there is a paid version though just like on the ipod

The game definitely runs smoothly on the Droid X. Just as smooth as on the #phone
Hell nooo….it’s way better on the iphone…look at the color of the wood…you can tell the difference on the iphone you can see the wood grain and detail…not on the crapy ass droid x 😛
installed fine on my D1 with frg22. sms popup closes the game which means they don't have multitasking enabled just yet i guess.
Ah now I know I’m not crazy. Tested it out then hit Home and went to ATK to kill it and it wasn’t there.
downloaded and beat already, this game is awesome and I have had no problems with it on my rooted d1 at 900mhz
Everyone has to remember that this is just the beta version. There are going to be problems. I found it on the market right away and it installed fine. The game is a little laggy. There is some delay when I touch the different colored birds to activate their secondary functions, sometimes I have to double tap on them. I will definitely make the investment when the full version hits the market.
What phone do you have? I didn't have any lag or problems tapping the screen.. I'm on D1 @ 800mhz.

I had the same problem till I remembered I had app brain. I found it there and sent it to my Dinc, no problems at all.

It will work on the 10th time you open it (possibly needs to be opened 10 times consecutively) …. tested and on the Incredible. i know its silly but it will work on the 10th try.

Just installed on my Droid 1 running BB0.4. It's running fine without any problems!
Downloaded to my Froyo DInc and not able to play at all. Gets to the “splash” screen and just crashes.

Saw it in the market, could see the comments section, but when I hit install, the page was blank. Phone then froze. Tried to reboot, but it stalled out on that and just said Rebooting indefinitely. After waiting much longer than I ever should have had to for a reboot to happen, I finally just pulled the battery. Think I'll wait for a non-beta. Alchemy is still entertaining me quite well anyway. 🙂
I was able to pull this off of the Android Market and play it for a while, however by hitting the home key while in game it's caused the game to crash and not load again. I've re-installed it three times and rebooted my phone multiple times but alas, no luck getting it to load again. HTC Incredible w/ Froyo. This is what beta testing is about – working out the bugs. It was phenomenal when it was working though.

Just played for 20 minutes or so on my DROID (OTA FRG22D). Downloaded from the market, but DIDN'T install automatically, for some reason. Had to go into my “downloads” folder on my SD card and it was in there. Installed from there.
Color me unimpressed. I've been playing this game on my PS3 for years, only its called “PAIN” and is MUCH better.

Sorry I didn’t like your favorite game. Fact is, I don’t really need to play video games on my DROID at all. But if I’m going to, it’s not going to be some lame ripoff of something I have at home. I’ll stick to the original ideas.
