The most disgusting thing about this is when your charge port is slightly loose, they will not replace your phone under warranty. According to their policy it has been damaged and is only replaceable under insurance. So then they tell you to use and upgrade or buy a refurb (CPO). The CPO is just these phones they back for dirt, then re-certify and sell for $100-150 less than the 2 yr contracted price.
Please take this opportunity to turn the screws to them. Greedy bastards.

I wholeheartedly agree that the Glyde was a p.o.s. However, to my endless chagrin, no matter how much I abused the damn thing, it would never break. I suppose being roughly the same dimensions and density as a brick would mean it was as durable as one too.
