Who is down to win a high fidelity Bluetooth speaker from the folks over Braven? Haven’t heard of Braven? With their new line of portable speakers, you can sort of think of them as the affordable competitor to Jawbone and their Jambox line. They currently have three speaker options – the 600, 625s, and the 650 – all of which are under $200. The 600 is what we’re giving away today, but they also have a rugged model in the 625s, and an HD audio model in the 650. I’m reviewing the 650 as I type this, so stay tuned for that.
The 600 is their most affordable option at $149, bringing you “rich” high fidelity audio, Bluetooth connectivity, up to 12 hours of battery life, dual-speakers for hands-free calling, a 3.5mm jack in case your device doesn’t have Bluetooth, and a really sharp looking metal body in two colors. Each Braven comes with a soft carrying bag that makes it ultra-portable. It also acts as a mobile charger should be out and about without a wall outlet to plug into.
To find out more, be sure to check out the Braven 600 product page.
