Chair broke after 1 month. Garbage. Unable to reach support.
Chairs are nice/good quality, but their customer service is horrid! If you are not in need of a chair in a timely manner, it’s worth ordering, but be prepared that they could take up to 3 months to deliver. They lied to me time and time again saying it shipped, providing me with tracking numbers that they created but never actually shipped even though they told me they sent it. Eventually they just stopped responding to me entirely. I had to go to Facebook and BBB to get them to respond. Finally I requested they cancel my order and they delayed the cancellation by 2 days and then said they couldn’t because it had “Really Shipped”. I got the chair in great condition, and it’s high quality, but the run around to get it was a nightmare.
We made the order from May to August, some due to Covid-19, some pre-orders were not shipped out in time, sorry about this. But now, we could ship out our products within 24 hours, and usually could be delivered within 1 week.
Lots of chairs, but I can’t really tell the difference in what is good and needed. Anyone have some ideas?
