I use this very product and it works BRILLIANTLY. I have a Note 4, and use NFC fairly regularly as a payment method. I didn’t even want to try to see if the NFC works through my case and the magnet, so I took a pair of tin snips to the magnet and mounted it in my case on either side of my camera housing. This necessitated the need for a second vent mount, but hey, that’s what the 2 pack is for, right? 😉 Works like a charm!
You do know you can just slide the plate into your case, no sticking required? I had an S8 and I still did this.Waiting for my case to arrive to do it with my P2XL.
I tried one of these by another company with my S8 and the plate interfered with wireless charging. Is this one different?
Don’t use the plate. Galaxy S7 and S8 don’t need the plate.
If you have a case, stick the plate onto the inside of the case instead.
