Here’s the Galaxy S26 Ultra and Specs

Galaxy S25 Ultra

The Galaxy S26 Ultra leaks with a set of specs, including the camera, battery size, processor, and dimensions.

Samsung still has yet to reveal the official Unpacked event date for the Galaxy S26 series, but we’re close enough that everything (as it always does) is about to leak. Today, we have supposedly official renders of the entire Galaxy S26 series, although we’re just showing you the Galaxy S26 Ultra here, because it’s the only important device.

The renders arrive alongside a small set of specs, none of which will come as a surprise to you. Also, the design of the Galaxy S26 Ultra is as expected, thanks to previously released renders that do indeed match what we are seeing below, as well as in-hand dummy units from more recently.

Galaxy S26 Ultra Colors

The Galaxy S26 Ultra has an S Pen, is the same shape as the previous version, and will have a slightly updated camera setup that looks closer to the design found on the Galaxy Z Fold 7. Everything else here is familiar. If you wanted 2026 to be the year that Samsung fully refreshed the Galaxy S line, you aren’t getting it.

For Galaxy S26 Ultra specs, today’s report says the following:

  • Display: 6.9″ QHD+ AMOLED
  • Processor: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
  • Battery: 5000mAh
  • Rear Camera: 200MP main, 50MP ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto
  • Selfie Camera: 12MP
  • Storage: 256GB
  • Size: 163.6 x 78.1 x 7.9mm, 214g

    Meh.

Even worse rounded screen corners than the S25… no BT in the s-pen yet again… it just gets worse. The S24U was truly the last of its kind. The design choices they are making are making me consider a Redmagic device… Throwing in the towel with Samsung.

Nope. Fold 7 it is. Never going to slab phone again

Folding phones are too expensive and too fragile.

Have had my fold 7 from launch, no case with kids & the only flaw is from the crap finish they used (known issue) where it flaked off the edge about 5mm long along the top. Otherwise prestine.

        They aren't that fragile anymore.

My Pixel Fold inner screen stopped working at right about the 1 year mark. The phone was perfect. Never dropped. I did get a warranty exchange and my mom is using that phone now. I wouldn't say that they aren't fragile… You can scratch the inner screen with your finger nail still.

Well sure, inside screen still is. I'm more referring to it closed.

But, what are you doing with it open that would damage it?

When mine is open I have a full two hand grip on it and I know not to use my finger nails on it.

            what would you be doing?

I’ve seen so many examples of screens failing at the seam. The screens are so soft that can easily be permanently indented by something as soft as a fingernail.

In my opinion having to deal with that for a phone that is $1,700+ isn’t worth it.

I feel no need to replace my perfectly functioning S24U. The only thing tempting me at all is satellite emergency calling which didn't come to Sammy until the 25, but this yearly update cycle is status quo.

Should I got for the Verizon or unlocked version when released? I've never done unlocked before. Any issues I've had previously with the insurance plan was through Verizon. If I do unlocked Verizon won't touch it and can't insurance with them, right? I'd have to go through Samsung and getting their insurance?

Just remember, leakers, I mean POS thieves, are NEVER worth reporting on. We don't take anything they say seriously, we don't listen to them, we don't give them the time of day, they're worthless basement dwellers who need internet clout to feel important by stealing information they aren't entitled to and by sharing what they've STOLEN, you too show how fragile you are. Let's move away from celebrating POS thieves.

Is this a hidden cry for help? Someone holding you against your will? Blink twice if you need a wellness check.

I still say the Plus version is a better value taking into consideration both price and specs. I love my S25+.
