This past Valentine’s Day, Zombie Minesweeper was released to Google Play, bringing some great brain-puzzling fun and zombie killing madness. Recommended by Mr. Dave Kover, it brings the puzzle qualities of the old Minesweeper game with a new un-dead twist, being that you play as a defenseless girl who has a fear of zombies rats and bears. But don’t worry, you have a shotgun! (more…)

Facebook for Android Receives Update, Same With Temple Run 2
It isn’t the biggest update, but for anyone who enjoys changing up the look of their Facebook profile, the best thing to do is change your cover photo. Starting today, Android users can change their cover right from the timeline, setting uploaded pictures directly to their profile. If you are still riding the Zuckerburg train, go grab the update right meow.
As for Temple Run 2, the developers have added the ability to restore the coin doubler if you happened to have re-installed the app on your device and purchased the power up. I guess some folks were losing their IAP’s after uninstalling and re-installing the app. Good thing they fixed that.
Now go forth and update!

Thursday App Sales: MouthOff, The Tiny Bang Story, Karoshi, and More
If you are looking for a new game to take up your time, Google Play is offering up a whole bunch of sales today and here’s a few to get the ball rolling for you. I would like to personally recommend Karoshi, which is a fun platformer, where the main objective is to find ways to kill your character. Lots of fun with that one. Beyond that, Tiny Bang Story is a very popular game, as well as They Need To Be Fed. All good games. (more…)

Tamagotchi Digital Pet Gets Resurrected for Android to Celebrate Sweet 16
Well I hate to say it, but I called this one. Today, to celebrate 16 years of business, Tamagotchi has come to Android. Yes, it is very hard to believe it has been that long since these little creatures were all the craze, but while I can admit to being a fan of Pokémon, I can’t say the same for Tamagotchi. I was still too young to even take care of a digital pet.
The app is free and features “higher resolution” than the originals. Not that achieving that would be impossible, given the original pets were made up of about 5 pixels. Either way, if you have a child that needs a pet, one that you don’t actually have to take out, go grab it in Google Play.

Vector Brings Fast Paced Parkour Action to Your Android Device
We just got tipped from EvanTheGamer about Vector and the rule is, when Evan gives you a tip about a game, you take it. The game is a platformer where you are running away from an evil football player (that’s what he looks like at least) who tries to zap you with a cattle prod. To evade your attacker, you use parkour-style moves atop a building – jumping, sliding, and dashing towards the exit sign. (more…)

EA Games Hosts Sales on Game of Life, Monopoly, and Bejeweled 2
Have you been looking for a classic board game to play on your mobile or possibly looking to fill that Bejeweled craze you currently have? EA Games is hosting a little sale on a few titles that most certainly carry some weight. You can grab either Monopoly or The Game of Life for $2 or Bejeweled 2 for $1. Not too shabby.
I have played Monopoly on my phone and it isn’t too bad. Sometimes the animations are a bit unnecessary, since I’m more into the strategy of the game and not the looks, but it’s still a classic.
Play Link: Monopoly ($1.99) | Game of Life ($1.99) | Bejeweled 2 ($0.99)
