For most of us, the end of today means the beginning of the 3 day Labor Day weekend. Any extended break from work or school is exciting, but Gameloft is looking to make your Labor Day a bit better with a sale in the Play Store. Rockstar Game’s Max Payne for Android Marked Down to $0.99 [Win]
Mobile game lovers, to celebrate the Labor Day weekend, Rockstar Games has lowered the price of Max Payne to just $0.99. At that price, who can’t help but get into some crime fighting, gun blasting, street justice action? Wish I could say the same about GTAIII, but that one is still $5. Either way, good deal right here.
Cheers Chris!

Angry Gran 2 Released to Play Store, Travels the World with Her Deadly Newspaper
Sometimes the best mobile games make absolutely no sense. Why is this Grandma so angry? Why is she taking it out on everyone that she sees? We may never know the answers but Angry Gran 2 releases this elderly assassin into the world, having you travel to different locations while beating up people for the money in their pockets.
The gameplay is simple enough, hold your finger on the screen to charge your attacks and then wallop on the nearest object that passes. Miss the swing and you’ll injure your back and be out of commission for a few moments. Gameplay is easy enough and it’s certainly fun enough to keep you busy for a bus ride or between meetings. Hit the link below for the download, just don’t try any of this at home.

Granny Smith for Android – Send Granny Flying for Those Apples
From the same team that happened to make one of Android’s more popular titles called Sprinkle, comes Granny Smith. Granny Smith, quite possible could be one of the more silly, fun, and addicting games I have played in a while. For just $1, you send Granny flying down hill after hill smashing through glass, homes, and caves to reach the apples before some chubby bandit gets them. Depending on how many of the apples you get, determines whether you move on to the next level. (more…)

If You Think You Know Your Music, Then Check Out SongPop for Android
I love testing my knowledge of different things, especially that of music. If you do too, and feel like challenging your friends, then you may want to check out SongPop. Imagine, Draw Something or Words with Friends, but with music. Thankfully, it isn’t just music that you’ll hear on today’s radio either. The music spans the 80’s, different love songs, modern hip-hop, and other different genres. The app plays you 10 seconds of different tracks and you have to correctly guess either the artist or the song name before your opponent does.
Besides the occasional annoying ad, for free it’s a great deal. Check it out, challenge your friends, and enjoy the music.

Agent Dash Adds a Dash More Secret Agent Than Your Average Temple Run Game
When you were playing the very addictive game, Temple Run, maybe you thought “well why don’t I just use my gadget watch to grapple out of here?” or “where is my jetpack?” Well, the game Agent Dash is appealing to your inner MI-6 agent that’s just waiting to get out. (more…)

Grabatron for Android, Time to Destroy Those Puny Humans
In the newly updated Indie Games section of Google Play, I stumbled upon Grabatron. I’ve seen it a few times now, but seemed to always pass it by. I decided to check it out and was happily surprised. In the beginning, you take control of an alien spaceship equipped with a huge retractable claw. You can pick up cars, cows, humans, rocks, or anything else you can fit. Once the objects are picked up, you can fling them hundreds of feet to their death or even abduct them for points. It’s a blast. (more…)
