  • Robo Surf – Ride the Waves Like Your Robo Life Depended On It

    “What would you do if you were the last robot on Earth?” That is the question posed by the new Android game Robo Surf that is now on Google Play. It’s a side-scrolling adventure that puts you in the shorts of a little Robot who is riding on the biggest wave of his life, avoiding birds and fish and other obstacles along the way.

    The point of the game is to last as long as possible with the help of power-ups and good timing. There is a free, ad supported version, but the paid version of the game only costs $1.04, a small price to pay for such an adorable and addictive game.  (more…)

  • SEGA: Jet Set Radio Headed to Android This Summer

    This summer, fans of the late SEGA Dreamcast will be able to re-live the good ‘ol days. In a recent release from SEGA, they have announced that they will be bringing back Jet Set Radio from the dead and releasing it to Android devices. The game had a marvelous 3D world which was set to some fantastic music where players skated and placed graffiti on walls. Dang kids. According to the publisher, there won’t be anything added to the game and it will most likely be a pure port to the mobile platform.

  • Gameloft’s The Dark Knight Rises Arrives on Google Play, Just in Time for Premier

    Gotham’s Caped Crusader just landed in Google Play. From makers Gameloft, play through the eyes of Batman as you try to stop Bane from destroying your beloved Gotham City. Since this is a fully licensed game, you will see appearances from Catwoman, Lucius Fox, and my favorite, Commissioner Gordon.  (more…)

  • Dead Trigger’s “More Blood, More Guns, More Gadgets” Update is Live (Update: It’s Now Free to Play)

     

    According to Madfinger’s Facebook page, the Dead Trigger V1.1.0 update is live. Now that the app is uploaded to Google Play, all we have to do is wait for it to become visible to users. The update brings additional gadgets, guns, and brain splattering goodness to the title which was already a huge hit with most FPS lovers.  (more…)

  • OUYA Gaming Console Receives First Exclusive Game Commitment, Human Element from Robotoki

    If console gaming is something that you are into, then you must be familiar with the Call of Duty series. One of the men behind the scenes that, near the end of his career, worked closely with the community for Infinity Ward and Activision, was Mr. Robert Bowling. Just recently, Mr. Bowling left his position at Infinity Ward (to the cheers of many Last Stand  and Revenge Spawn victims) and created his very own game development company called Robotoki.

    Robotoki’s Mr. Bowling recently tweeted that his company is in support of OUYA and plans to bring an exclusive game to the affordable gaming console. The game is called Human Element and it is based on a post-zombie-apocalyptic Earth where the only thing left to do, is survive.  (more…)

With its insanely awesome graphics, fast-paced gameplay, and endless amount of zombie killing, Madfinger Games is looking to make it even more brutal with the games newest V1.1.0 update.

  • Auralux Goes Live in Google Play, an Abstract Real-Time Strategy Game

    A new game by the name of Auralux just arrived on Google Play. It is a real-time strategy based game, where you command stars that produce little warrior lights that you use to capture other stars and kill enemies. Depending on your stars strength (some are up-gradable and some are not) it will produce a certain amount of soldiers per second. You then use those soldiers to go capture grey stars or destroy enemy stars. To beat the level, you must capture all of the stars that appear in that system.  (more…)

You get to download great games for a low price, support indie developers and usually charity at the same time. The Indie Gala is now live and ready for you to invest whatever you want into it. Any price will get you three games: The Lost Souls, Battle Group and Ichi, but if you pay more than the average amount you get access to a lot more titles since you’re ponying up the extra cash.

    When you purchase your games you can divide up your money to tell it where you want it to go. If you want support the developers more you can give them a share, but if you want to donate more money to the Italian Red Cross to help with Earthquake relief, or Able Gamers, another charity, you can do that as well.
