Following @googlenexus and @Android on Twitter would probably be a smart move. In a Tweet sent just moments ago, they teased a contest that is sure to reward at least a few Android enthusiasts with their latest phone, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. No details just yet, but Google usually likes to make you work for their giveaways. Expect to see puzzles or riddles or some sort of mind bending game.

The DROID RAZR will be out this Friday, but as many of you know, there is a contest of some sort brewing by the folks behind @DroidLanding. That contest is now official and we are a part of it. As you can see from the pictures above, a safe has been delivered to us by the Operative, the secret agent behind the set of audio clues that were released over the weekend. Included in the safe is anyone’s guess (who am I kidding, it’s a RAZR), but we do have a couple of clues for you below to help get you into it. (more…)
Week 2 of the November Gobbler Gaming Giveaway starts now! Thanks to NVIDIA and the Tegra Zone, we are handing out a total of 4 tablets to the fine folks here at Droid Life over the next few weeks. We gave one away last Friday, but there are still 3 more up for grabs, including two at the end of the month that have been bundled with Jawbone Jambox speakers and $25 gift cards. On Tuesday we announced our November Gobbler Gaming Giveaway (NGGG), a month long contest that includes four (4) NVIDIA Tegra 2 powered tablets and a couple of gaming-inspired prize packs. Each week, we will hand out a different tablet, with the prize packs (Jamboxes and $25 gift cards) being tacked on to the last two giveaways. Up first was the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 that you are seeing in the photo above, that should help one lucky reader get into the world of mobile tablet gaming before Turkey Day.

The good people over at NDrive want Droid Life readers to celebrate as we head into November by giving them a chance to win 1 of 8 NDrive USA licenses. These licenses are priced at about $43 a piece, making it one of the most expensive Android apps I know of. NDrive is a navigation and GPS alternative for Android users that is a huge hit in Europe. Excellent turn-by-turn directions, multi-touch gestures, and a bunch of other great features make it one of the most dynamic apps available for drivers.
Instructions to win:
1. Head on over to Facebook and like both the Droid Life and NDrive pages.
2. Update your status on Facebook to the following:
“@Droid Life is hooking it up with 8 @NDrive Android licenses – Just in time for the holidays!”
3. You have 3 days to enter, and entries will be cut off at 10PM EST on Thursday the 3rd of November.
4. NDrive will then select the 8 winners and contact them.
