  • Pixel 4 is Free at Best Buy Right Now for AT&T Folks, Free Nest Hub Too (Updated)

Pixel 4 is Free at Best Buy Right Now for AT&T Folks, Free Nest Hub Too (Updated)

The last minute deal on the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL that you were hoping would arrive is now here. AT&T customers, you can get a Pixel 4 for free at Best Buy, plus Sprint customers can grab a Pixel 4 XL as low as $7.49/mo. All customers wanting a 4 or 4 XL can still get a free Nest Hub too.

To get these deals, you’ll need to upgrade with AT&T or Sprint. That will mean signing some form of a monthly installment plan, aka a contract. To get the AT&T Pixel 4 free, you need to lock-in to a 30-month payment plan, while Sprint will ask for 24 months of payments.

I know, I know, these contract deals are kind of shitty. We still point them out because some of you don’t change carriers very often. If you are satisfied with AT&T or Sprint, paying very little (or nothing) for a phone isn’t a terrible thing.

To get the free Nest Hub with purchase, just add it to your cart when you buy the Pixel 4 or Pixel 4 XL.

    • UPDATE: Availability levels are going in and out out stock. You may want to check back a few times.

  • Best Pixel 3a Deal of the Season is Here: $279 for 3a, 3a XL at $359 ($120 Off) (Updated)

Best Pixel 3a Deal of the Season is Here: $279 for 3a, 3a XL at $359 ($120 Off) (Updated)

    • UPDATE 12/16: The $120-off discount is gone and the Pixel 3a and 3a XL are instead $100 off everywhere.

Plenty of retailers have slashed the price of the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL since it debuted in May. Few go beyond the $100-off mark, though, as each phone is already reasonably priced and the margins there probably aren’t huge. Best Buy and Amazon don’t care about your margin thoughts and have dropped prices by $120, leaving us with best Pixel 3a deal of the season.

At $120 off, the Pixel 3a at Best Buy now starts at $279, while the Pixel 3a XL starts at $359. These are wild prices for a phone that was one of our favorite surprises of 2019. There may be a Pixel 4a in a few months, but the 3a line is still worth consideration, especially when discounted like this.

Remember, the Pixel 3a line is supposed to offer the best parts of the top tier Pixel line, only at a reasonable price. And it delivers on that. You get an excellent camera that no other $400 phone is going to match. You get the software support from Google, the clean Google user experience, and a design that certainly fits the Pixel family.

Best Buy still has all colors and sizes, but that could change. Amazon is already having stock issues. These are unlocked phones that work on all major US carriers. Time to last-minute shop!

  • Whoa: OnePlus 7 Pro Now Available for $499 ($170 Off)

Whoa: OnePlus 7 Pro Now Available for $499 ($170 Off)

OnePlus 7 Pro deals keep getting better.

When the OnePlus 7 Pro dropped to $549 for Black Friday, we told you not to hesitate with the credit card and buy one. The phone was good enough at full price to buy, but with any sort of discount, it hit “No Brainer” territory. Now, thanks to a fresh promo, the OnePlus 7 Pro can be had for $499 and even more accessible. Yes!

The version that dropped today to $499 is the model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage that retails for $669. The version that previously dropped in price had 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and a retail price of $699. It’s still on sale for $549, by the way.

For whatever reason, this 6GB-128GB OnePlus 7 Pro disappeared from OnePlus’ store for a bit, almost as if it had been out of stock this whole time. Either that or OnePlus wanted you to buy the fully spec’d out version with 8GB RAM. To see it return and at a discount of $499 is quite the treat.

To recap, the OnePlus 7 Pro features a Snapdragon 855 processor, 6.67″ QHD AMOLED display at 90Hz, 4000mAh battery with super fast charging, a triple camera for any shooting situation (standard + telephoto + wide), Bluetooth 5.0, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint reader. That big ol’ display, which is OnePlus’ first QHD display, has no notch or hole punch and instead features a sweet pop-up selfie camera. All storage options feature UFS 3.0 storage too, so performance on all models is as good as it gets.

We’re big fans of the OnePlus 7 Pro.
