    Amazon opened up a last minute Cyber Monday lightning deal this evening that gets you a Samsung Galaxy S10 and a couple of bonuses at the best price of the past several days. For just $624, you can walk away with a US unlocked Galaxy S10 with 128GB storage, a pair of Galaxy Buds ($129 value), and a $50 Amazon gift card.

    Why is that such a good deal? Well, the Galaxy S10 is a great phone on its own, but it typically retails for $899.99 by itself. So not only are you getting a $275 discount, you also get free Galaxy Buds (which are awesome) and $50 extra to spend at Amazon. What in the hell, man.

    This deal is only for the Galaxy S10 in Prism Black, so if you were hoping for a Galaxy S10+ in a similar situation, it doesn’t look like those dreams will come true. But if you want a regular Galaxy S10, be quick.

    The industry-wide memo about all flagship phones for 2019 using wide-angle cameras must have slipped into Google’s spam folder because to the disappointment of many, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL do not feature an extra wide lens. Instead, Google went with a telephoto lens as the secondary, leaving a big hole in camera flexibility.

    All is not lost, though, thanks to companies like Moment who have just the right lens for all Pixel 4 owners to get those beautiful wide shots. Because it’s Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Moment is hosting a big sale on most of their online store, so you can get both a case and lens at some of the cheapest prices of the year. The ideal combo for you is probably the Pixel Photo Case and an 18mm Wide lens.

    What is Moment? As far as I know, Moment was initially known just for making external lenses that you attach to iPhones, Samsung phones, and Pixel devices, but their online store is now sort of like the ultimate spot for mobile photog nerds to get all the gear they could ever need. Their online store (and social media coverage of it) features everything from bags and drones to gimbals, straps, and tripods. They even make a camera app. But in the end, I still know them as the company who makes really nice lenses that expand the capabilities of your phone’s cameras.

    For the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, Moment once again produced a Photo Case that can hold their line of lenses. The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL Moment Photo Case comes in Walnut or Black Canvas and typically starts at $40, but is discounted right now to $23.99 ($16 off). That’s a great deal! Unfortunately, stock is quickly falling behind because of the sale, so ordering might mean having to wait a few weeks before you get to use it. It’s probably worth doing at those prices, though.

    For lenses, Moment offers a bunch that will all attach to the Pixel Photo Case. I recommended the 18mm wide lens above, because it should nicely expand the field of view on your Pixel 4 or Pixel 4 XL without doing a bunch of distortion that you might find from a fisheye or something in the ultra-wide lens category.

    Moment offers 14mm and 15mm Fisheye lenses, 58mm Tele, macro lens, and that 18mm Wide. Every single one of them is one sale right now for this holiday shopping time.

    Don’t archive or delete the email from the “Google Pixel” account that says “Your Cyber Monday savings have landed,” assuming you got one. Buried towards the bottom, after it runs through deals on Pixel Slate, Nest Hub, and Chromecast is a section that says “Get $10 credit on Google Store.” Yep, a free $10 to spend on stuff.

    The code’s terms say you can “receive the $10 discount for purchase of any device,” so that should mean on a Pixel 4 or Pixel 3a if you want. However, I just tried to apply it to both of those and applying the code wipes out the Cyber Monday discount from each. That’s so stupid, Google. Oh, this is likely a US-only thing.

    So yeah, best to use on accessories like a Pixel Stand, some USB-C earbuds, or another product not currently on sale.

    Black Friday is gone and Cyber Monday is here, so the tweaks to the discounts from last week are coming in hot. First up, we have Amazon discounting the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, Note 10, and Note 10+ by $200, just like last week, only now they are tossing in a free pair of $300 AKG headphones.

    Last week, a similar deal included $130 Galaxy Buds and that is being replaced by AKG N700NC over-hear headphones that typically retail for $299.

    Samsung describes these particular headphones as “luxuriously comfortable,” with noise cancellation, Bluetooth sound for up to 23 hours, and a premium design that features memory foam and a foldable body for easy storing. The AKG N700NC is capable of pairing to two devices at once, smartly switching between each, plus there is a special AKG app to help you tune music. You get choices of black or silver headphones with this deal.

    The other portion is that same $200-0ff discount for unlocked models of both the S10 and Note 10 lines. That gives you a starting price here of $698.99 for the Galaxy S10 and $748.99 for the Galaxy Note 10. These are US unlocked models and work on all major carriers.

    Galaxy Buds $99 Right Now and That’s a Heck of a Deal

    Galaxy Buds deal on Cyber Monday, my friends.

    Samsung’s Galaxy Buds are without a doubt one of the best pairs of true wireless earbuds I’ve used to date. They are a massive upgrade to Samsung’s previous effort, the IconX buds, and are currently discounted for Cyber Monday. How does $99.99 sound?

    At that price, you are getting a $30 discount on a pair of buds I might take over almost any other earbud around. I’ve tried those from Anker and Mobvoi and random other brands, and I keep going back to the Galaxy Buds. They offer a supreme fit, really nice sound with depth you won’t find from others, and a minimalist body that isn’t an  oversized and obnoxious object sticking out from your ear. They don’t look like AirPods either.

    These new Galaxy Buds come in a variety of colors (black and white on sale at the moment), can wirelessly charge, control the amount of ambient noise let in depending on your environment, and should last up to 6 hours on a single charge. Also, the case will re-charge them and provide up to another 7 hours of use, so 13 total hours of battery life. They are IPX2 splash resistant, so not fully waterproof. I use mine for runs and workouts, getting them quite sweaty and haven’t run into issues yet, but you might want to take it easy on them around liquids.

    The Fossil Gen 5 is probably the only Wear OS watch you consider buying today and it just so happens to be discounted for Black Friday 2019. Fossil had previously dropped pricing on a bunch of their other Wear OS watches, but we were hoping Gen 5 would join the party this weekend.

    The current Fossil Gen 5 Black Friday price is $205, which is a $90 discount. Both Fossil’s store and Amazon have the Gen 5 in a variety of color options, all at the promo pricing.

    To recap, the Fossil Gen 5 has all of the best specs you can find on Wear OS. You have the Snapdragon Wear 3100, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, GPS, NFC, heartrate, and a biggish circular AMOLED display. The metal case is a decent 44mm, there are 2 pushers and a rotating crown, and 22mm easy-to-swap watch bands. It also has a set of unique battery modes that should help you find the sweet spot in features you need on or off.

    Seriously, this is the only Wear OS watch to buy at the moment.
