  • HTC Rezound Drops to $149 Through Amazon

    It may not have been adopted as highly by the developer community as past HTC devices were, but the HTC Rezound is still one heck of a phone that should not be ignored. You can’t argue against its impressive spec list (1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, etc.), LTE power, Beats audio integration, and incredible HD display. The timing of its release though, may have been all wrong. With the DROID RAZR and Galaxy Nexus seeing releases around it, we’re not sure it ever stood a chance, which is too bad. Not everyone wants Blur or to deal with Samsung build quality and this is their option. Since it is available for new customers and upgrades at $149.99 through Amazon, we had to pass the word along.

  • [Deal] Galaxy Nexus Extended Battery is Half Off at VerizonWireless.com, Just $25

    It is tough to tell, but the extended battery for the Galaxy Nexus is on the left in that picture. It adds just a slight amount of thickness to the device that is hardly noticeable and will definitely be my daily battery going forward. At 2100mAh, it may not add 4-5 hours of extra battery life or anything wild, but knowing that this is an LTE device, won’t you take any extra juice that you can get?

    And what if you could snag it for $25 rather than the full $50? Verizon’s online shop is offering it up for just that. When you click on the link below, you will see it appear as $49.99, but once you add it to your cart and checkout, it should show up as just $24.99.   • [Deal] Galaxy Nexus Available from LetsTalk for as Low as $155 for New Customers, $175 for Upgrades

    Tonight at midnight, LetsTalk.com is opening up their store to future Galaxy Nexus deals with quite the deal. Using their $75 off VZW coupon, you can score one as a new customer for $154.99 and $174.99 through an upgrade. That’s essentially half of what Verizon stores will charge you.

    Update:  Some of you noticed that their system appears to try to switch you over to a tiered data plan. I have reached out to LetsTalk to get some clarification on this. Hoping to hear back shortly.

    Update 2: LetsTalk has confirmed that they have a ‘keep unlimited’ option when you add the Galaxy Nexus to your cart. That should take care of any worries out there for unlimited data Verizon customers.

    Our beloved Android Market has now reached 10 billion downloads.  10,000,000,000.  Very impressive for an OS that has spread like wildfire as of late all across the globe.  To celebrate, Google is offering premium apps up for just 10 cents over the next 10 days.  We are assuming the list will change each day, so you can be certain Droid Life will list out all the different apps so you can take advantage of this amazing deal.
