And here come the pre-holiday weekend deals. Amazon has announced a new penny sale that drops the price of all Verizon, Sprint and AT&T phones to just $0.01 from now through Cyber Monday. When we say “all,” that means the DROID RAZR and HTC Rezound are included in that list. .
You won’t be able to use an upgrade to get this deal, but can by adding a new line to your current account. Also, if you add on a WiFi hotspot package, Amazon will kindly toss you a $100 gift card.

Two weeks from today, many of you will flock to electronics and big box stores to snatch up the amazing deals that they have advertised for Black Friday. One of your stops should probably include Best Buy if tablets were one of your holiday shopping options. In their Black Friday ad that was released to just about every BF site on the planet today, it’s pretty clear that they want to move some tablet inventory.

Late last night, news broke across the deal-o-sphere suggesting that Amazon Wireless would be selling the DROID RAZR for just $111.11 today only. And guess what? That’s exactly what happened. If you are thinking about joining the Big Red army and want this phone, you can sign up for service through Amazon and grab this brand new phone for about $188 under what everyone else will be paying. Notice I said “thinking about joining” because this deal is for new customers only. If you are looking to upgrade, you will still get a deal, but at $249 instead of the $111.

With Verizon making customers wait until 11:11AM tomorrow (11/11) to buy the DROID RAZR, Amazon has reportedly stepped up to offer a pretty sweet deal that also relates to the significance of the date. According to Gizmodo, the latest DROID family member can be had for just $111.11 on contract for 1 day only. Nothing on the site shows the phone or this discount just yet, but we’ll do our best to take their word for it. I’d recommend that you cruise over to Amazon’s wireless site at the link below in the morning, just in case.

Are you in the market for a brand spanking new tablet, perhaps one with some gaming integration? Well look no further than the Sony Tablet S, Ebay’s current Daily Deal. The device is sold through MacMall and can be had for $100 off the MSRP. The Tablet S runs the NVIDIA Tegra2 processor, which gives it access to the stunning games found only within the Tegra Zone (can you say Shadowgun?). Additionally, Sony has packed this thing up with access to some of your most beloved Playstation games.
How about it, does the Sony Tablet S for $399 sound like a deal, or are you going to save up and spend an extra $100 on the newly announced Asus Transformer Prime? As with all daily deals, it will only be valid for 24 hours.

The “double data” promotion that has taken the Verizon non-unlimited world by storm this morning is most definitely the real deal. Big Red will launch the new offer tomorrow to give users without unlimited plans, the chance to double up on their current data tier. For new 4G LTE customers specifically, you will be able to double on the 2GB and 5GB plans to 4GB and 10GB respectively, without having to pay more (as is seen in the sign above).
If you are a current customer that has the 2GB plan for $30, all signs also point to you being able to double your plan without paying extra. Customers can either call customer service or login to their VZW accounts to make the change themselves. The change will not happen automatically.
No word yet on how long this promo will last, so if you are a current customer without unlimited data, you may want to get doubled-up in the next couple of days to make sure.
For those of us that are still on an unlimited plan, gives yourselves a fist bump for being awesome.
